What kind of services do you provide besides real estate photography?

Beside real estate photography, we do also provide photography for commercial, real estate agent portrait and wedding etc. You can contact us for further information.

How to proceed to schedule a booking/ appointment?

You can proceed to schedule an appointment through calling 647-361-3762 / 647-300-0315, online booking system or emailing to tour@studiogta.ca

What areas do you provide services for?

We mainly providing services around GTA (Greater Toronto Area, such as Mississauga, Pickering and Richmond Hill, etc.) We do also provide services outside of GTA, however, there will be out of town charge to be applied. Please view the list of our coverage area and contact for further information.

Are there anything needs to be prepared before the booking/ appointment?

Yes, in order for our photographers to capture the best condition for your listing, we will require the property is 100% ready (including the front and backyard) and be cleaned or staged. 

What will happen if the property isn’t ready yet?

If the property isn’t ready by the time photographers arrived, we recommend you should reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, there might be a cancellation fee to be applied.

What is the turnaround time for your services?

The regular video and photos will be ready within 24 hours. (However, if you require to receive the video and photo on the same day, there will be $25 add-on to be applied as expedited service) 

The matterport, floorplan measurement, Drone and the premium walkthrough video will be ready around 1-2 business days. 

What kind of Payments do you accept?

We do accept email transfer, all credit card payments (such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard, etc.) and cash. We will send you the product once we have received the payment. 

Who has the copyright on the products after you have received them?

Our company has the copyright for the videos and photos, but the clients/ listing agents will have the real estate usage on the products for MLS marketing purposes due to the licensing requirements. 

Please be advised that the products are non-transferable, and they are not permitted to display or distribute on any social media or other internet platforms by the third parities unless we have given a written permission as an authorization. There might be an additional licensing fee to be applied.
